We are currently looking for an experienced Outside Sales Parts & Service Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by selling parts and services to clients within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and service customer accounts to meet sales goals and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, production, and purchasing teams to oversee project development and delivery
- Manage project costs, materials lists, and delivery schedules to meet specifications
- Prepare and submit bid specifications and negotiate contracts with customers
- Troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring prompt resolutions
- Facilitate equipment installation and address any product-related issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the trucking field related to parts and service sales
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Oracle experience is a plus
- Ability to prepare clear and concise presentations following pricing guidelines
Benefits:
- Year 1 Income: $85-100K (includes salary, ramp-up income, car allowance, and commissions)
- Year 2 Income: $120k+
- Year 3 Income: $150k+
