Global Health Program Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to support the Seattle-based Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases (MNTD) portfolio leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in global health and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Program Associate will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to support program strategy and execution, including project planning, work plan development, and monitoring. The role will also involve coordinating donor reporting, developing technical materials, and partnering with other PATH teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as MPH, MBA, or MPA, and 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
Responsibilities- Support project planning, work plan development, and monitoring
- Coordinate donor reporting and deliverable development
- Develop technical materials and presentations
- Partner with other PATH teams to support program development
- Contribute to the design and drafting of research findings and publications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
