Job Description

We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee our online sales channels and drive company revenue. Key responsibilities include managing PO orders, optimizing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with marketing teams to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee PO orders on various e-commerce channels
  • Optimize all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and increase sales
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance user experience and align with the brand's unique identity
  • Monitor and improve order fulfillment processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle and resolve customer issues related to online purchases in a timely and effective manner
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to upper management on account health and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
