Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Supervision: Actively supervise and participate in prospecting efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Sales Development Oversight: Develop and implement strategic sales plans under your supervision to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Insights Management: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building & Mentorship: Lead efforts to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Foster a deep understanding of our products or services among team members to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience and proven success in field sales or leadership of teams selling our key categories.
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
