We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
