About the Role

Hy-Vee is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Intern to join our team. As a Data Science Intern, you will collaborate with our team members to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Apply data analysis and machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science.
Requirements
  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
