Account Executive

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new real estate investor prospects, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage new real estate investor prospects
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated by Ownwell's marketing team
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature
- Clearly and persuasively communicate Ownwell's value proposition
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, customer success, and operations teams
- Accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and targets
- 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales role or similar roles within real estate, proptech, or financial technology/services
- Track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales model
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively engage with C-suite and senior-level decision makers
