About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Paperless Parts. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and customer experience, to deliver value-based solutions to customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of field sales experience in the manufacturing or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel required: 25% a month (in-person meetings and trade shows/events).
