About the Role

As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping partners and internal teams with pre- and post-sales activities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide outstanding service to internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fielding pre- and post-sales questions from our partner community
  • Finding answers to technical questions from partners
  • Assisting partners and internal engineers with our quoting process
  • Contributing to a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
  • Constantly improving processes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to users' needs
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Curious mind and collaborative style
  • Energetic and self-driven spirit

Education

You will have successfully completed a BSc or MSc (or equivalent professional certifications) within the last 3 years, prior to the start of the program. You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland and fluency in Spanish (professional or native speaker).
