Graduate Sales Support Specialist

About the Role
As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping partners and internal teams with pre- and post-sales activities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide outstanding service to internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities
- Fielding pre- and post-sales questions from our partner community
- Finding answers to technical questions from partners
- Assisting partners and internal engineers with our quoting process
- Contributing to a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
- Constantly improving processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to users' needs
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Curious mind and collaborative style
- Energetic and self-driven spirit
Education
You will have successfully completed a BSc or MSc (or equivalent professional certifications) within the last 3 years, prior to the start of the program. You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland and fluency in Spanish (professional or native speaker).
