Administrative Coordinator

MP RPO is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their thriving team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with payroll and accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate project bidding, including obtaining specifications, tracking bid timelines, and delivering formal bids.
- Upload Well inspection videos to YouTube as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Controller, including research and analysis tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
