Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and families.
  2. Register patients, collect necessary information, and update patient accounts in our Electronic Medical Record.
  3. Process payments, insurance co-pays, and prescription charges while adhering to CMD financial policies.
  4. Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, creating reports, and maintaining logs of daily activities.
  5. Schedule specialist referrals as needed for patient follow-up.

About You:

  1. You'll need a high school diploma and strong knowledge of data processing software, personal computers, and office programs.
  2. Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  3. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively learn new knowledge and skills.
  4. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays per CMD scheduling guidelines.
