About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Climate Pledge team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in furthering the mission of the Climate Pledge and driving sustainability initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with companies interested in learning more about and signing the Climate Pledge
  • Educate interested audiences about the Climate Pledge
  • Work with Global Optimism and other key partners to establish best practices and help companies understand how to meet the goals of the Climate Pledge
  • Collaborate with the IMPACT team to generate materials and information useful to potential and current signatories
  • Track and manage communication with companies interested in joining the Pledge, as well as signatories
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective workflows
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • 3+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in setting up and managing sales pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
What We Offer

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $74,400/year to $159,200/year, depending on location. We also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks.
