Clinical Services Manager

Currently, we are in search of a Clinical Services Manager to oversee our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive oversight of the Nursing Services Division to ensure high-quality care and support for all residents.
  • Promotes and adheres to the mission, goals, and standards of the Nursing Services division to guarantee exceptional care for all residents.
  • Efficient organization and staffing of the Nursing Services Division.
  • Ensures that care interventions address the individual personal, physical, and cognitive needs of each resident while enhancing their self-care abilities, identity, independence, choices, and opportunities for social engagement.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of Nursing Services by assessing staff performance, ensuring adherence to community and state regulations, and monitoring the judicious use of allocated resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing School.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a senior living environment.
  • Minimum of three years in a management and leadership role.
  • Basic understanding of and ability to implement Geriatric Nursing principles.
  • Knowledge of relevant State Regulations.
