Position Overview
Novant Health is in search of a Clinical Supervisor who will collaborate closely with the Clinic Administrator to ensure the effective execution of NHMG objectives. This role involves organizing and managing the clinical setting while coordinating teams to guarantee that quality patient care is delivered within physician practices. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of up to 9 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
The Registered Nurse in this position acts as a pivotal leader within the healthcare team at Novant Health. This includes fostering genuine, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems, while working in tandem with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate tailored care plans that enhance health outcomes or support end-of-life care.
In this role, the Registered Nurse will take responsibility for creating an environment that enables team members to engage meaningfully with patients and their families. Utilizing the best available scientific evidence alongside compassion, the nurse will assist patients in navigating their health journeys.
