Job Description

SkinSpirit is a leading provider of aesthetic skincare and body services, with a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations, including workflow management, schedule optimization, and client feedback resolution.
  • Support the Clinic Manager in achieving monthly revenue goals, as set by the Regional and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Monitor progress toward clinic goals, including revenue, margins, new client acquisition, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Hold the team accountable for maintaining high standards in client service, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
  • Support staff development through regular touch-bases and training.
  • Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and level of service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar field.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and active listening skills.
  • Fluent computer and phone skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
