Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Novant Health. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the clinical and non-clinical operations of our physician practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all functions and activities related to clinical and non-clinical operations, including billing and collection, and special projects as directed by Administration.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership, consultation, project management, relationship building, communication, decision making, execution, and accountability strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and non-clinical operations, and to drive quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies, operating procedures, fiscal management systems, human resource management practices, and governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve clinic goals and objectives, and to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field, required.
  • Three years of leadership experience, required. One year of Practice Management experience, preferred.
  • Current RN License in the appropriate state or additional certifications may be required by department setting, required. ONS Chemotherapy Provider, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, research and prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate clearly.
