Position Overview
Novant Health is in search of a Clinical Supervisor who will collaborate closely with the Clinic Administrator to ensure the effective execution of NHMG objectives. This role involves organizing and overseeing the clinical setting while coordinating teams to guarantee high-quality patient care within physician practices. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of up to 9 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
The Registered Nurse in this position will take on a leadership role within the healthcare team at Novant Health, fostering genuine relationships with patients and their support systems. This includes working in partnership with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate personalized care plans that enhance health outcomes or support end-of-life care.
