Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist I to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of routine clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Perform general clerical work, including typing, filing, and reception duties
  • Update and maintain filing systems, including confidential files
  • Operate a variety of standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
  • Prepare information packets and packets of required forms
  • Maintain client/public information, brochures, and supplies
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Perform dispatching duties
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or GED
  • One year of paid clerical experience
  • Bilingual skills in ASL, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and/or Spanish are a plus
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment and will be required to sit for long periods of time. The ability to work in a team environment and to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
