Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist I to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine clerical support services to various departments, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of paid clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
