Job Title: Territory Manager/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Women's Health

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Exeltis, a leading women's healthcare company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative portfolio of women's health products to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including OB/GYNs, high decile PCPs, and Planned Parenthood clinics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product information to effectively communicate the value of our products to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with sales management, regional teammates, and commercial team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented sales success ranking in the top 25%
  • Current relationships with OB/GYNs a plus
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and action planning, as well as implementing all elements of sales execution, including routing, call activity, and customer relationship management
  • Strong business acumen with proven territory management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player
  • Ability to travel up to 10% overnight to manage territory and/or attend meetings
