Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to target and penetrate key decision makers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with recognized experts, specialty HCPs, and prioritized stakeholders
- Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties
- Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals
- Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience
- Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers
- Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
