Job Description

Company Overview: Central Turbos is a leading provider of turbochargers and serves as a primary distribution center for various applications worldwide.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and offer our products and solutions.
  • Bld and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing top-notch service and support.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and technical assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Diesel Engine Parts for trucks, heavy equipment, and boats is highly preferred.

Work Environment: This position is onsite only. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
