Business Development Specialist

LTS is a leader in digital video surveillance, providing reliable, innovative, and cost-effective video solutions to security professionals. With 10+ Sales and Distribution Centers in the US, we offer the latest technology of network video surveillance.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers and engaging them regularly, particularly when new products are launched. You will also assist in identifying opportunities to scale product revenues and approach prospective clients with sales calls, emails, and direct mails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the complete line of products & services
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT / Network, Engineering, or related technical field
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales or related areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
