Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and maintenance of revenue risk - particularly payment risk - operations, ensuring the creation and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze transactions for signs of fraud or suspicious activity, identifying trends and patterns to inform enforcement decisions.
  • Create and iterate on guidelines for operations agents, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and objectivity in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders, informing business decisions and driving growth.

About the Team

X's Safety team is responsible for helping users successfully and safely use our platform, investigating issues that may cause harm or pose risk to X, such as combating spam and fraud, and providing support to customers.
