Job Summary

This role involves a variety of clerical operations, requiring the interpretation of broad guidelines. The successful candidate will perform moderate-level administrative functions, including word processing, presentations, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform administrative tasks, such as word processing, presentations, and data entry.
  2. Assist with bi-weekly and hourly payroll information.
  3. Prepare bank deposits and statements of revenue as needed.
  4. Prepare and submit billings as needed.
  5. Assist with statistical reporting and facilities management as needed.
  6. Responsible for disbursement, maintenance, and reconciliation of petty cash as required.
  7. Establish, maintain, and update the filing system.
  8. Compile reports, update, check, and complete records, forms, and documents.
  9. Process and distribute confidential and sensitive documents.
  10. Answer phones and greet customers.
  11. Perform other general clerical duties, such as typing, filing, distributing mail, etc.
Requirements
  • Preferred Spanish-bilingual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and skilled in office administrative procedures.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
  • HS or GED + 3 years related work experience; OR
  • 1 year of college + 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and/or other office applications.
  • Ability to pass skills test as applicable.
  • One year of supervisory experience, if applicable.
