Proposal Director Sr. Role Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the proposal management process for multiple prime bids with significant contract values. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Process (FAP) and experience working with multiple Federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute bid strategy with operations and business development teams.
• Assemble, task, and direct internal and external subject matter experts.
• Ensure quality, completeness, and oversight of technical writing to ensure a compliant and winning proposal.
• Reconcile customer requirements against proposed staffing levels and solutions and identify any gaps.
• Direct all proposal and Q&A responses.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of related experience, including in-depth knowledge of FAP.
• Experience working with multiple Federal agencies.

Preferred Skills:
• MBA, preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal procurement strongly preferred.
• Proven win rate with large complex bid responses, including GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, preferred.
