At DesignForce, we are looking for an architectural recruitment professional to join our workforce strategy team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit and retain top talent in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build relationships with design and engineering professionals to source top talent
- Provide career coaching sessions to help professionals achieve their goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms to attract potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, human resources, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $75,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
