Join our team as an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Recruitment Specialist and take on the exciting challenge of identifying top talent for our Latin American outsourcing market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and Engaging Top Talent: Utilize various platforms and connections to source and engage with high-caliber AEC professionals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments, incorporating phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and present qualified candidates for review.
  • Regional Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market developments to inform effective recruitment approaches.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential candidates, offering guidance and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pool Development: Establish a robust network of qualified AEC professionals in the region to ensure a steady supply of high-caliber talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in AEC recruitment, preferably within the Latin American market.
  • A proven track record of successful candidate placement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
  • Deep knowledge of the AEC industry, encompassing technical skills and project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ATS and recruitment software.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
