Job Summary:

This Senior Recruiting Professional role involves full life-cycle recruiting and personalized candidate experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers and HQ staff to develop recruiting plans, communicate effectively, and execute sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans with stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and provide regular data updates on priorities, activity, results, and intelligence learned through recruiting efforts
  • Network and recruit top talent by managing sourcing campaigns or directing internal resources
  • Deliver qualified candidates for current and future workforce needs
  • Prepare job descriptions, write job advertisements, and select advertising channels
  • Analyze metrics to improve staffing processes
  • Evaluate applicants against position requirements
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring pipeline status
  • Create resume templates with candidate skills and qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and conduct reference checks
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
Requirements:

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree (Human Resources preferred) or equivalent 4 years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Technical recruiting experience in Intel, Cyber, Training, GovCon, and Defense industries
  • Proficiency in relevant recruiting/ATS platforms
  • Ability to collect, sort, and present critical information for recruiting analysis
  • Results-driven individual with experience working in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cleared talent recruiting experience
  • National Capital Region or San Antonio, TX locations
  • Federal contracting, bidding, and proposal recruiting experience highly desired
Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location
