About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Development InfoStructure. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, developing strategic recruitment plans, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Selection: Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for client positions, conducting thorough screenings and interviews.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences, providing consultative support on candidate selection and workforce planning.
  • Placement: Coordinate the placement process, facilitating interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, International Affairs, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the USAID environment.
  • Strong interviewing, networking, and communication skills, with knowledge of federal hiring regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and support DEI initiatives in recruitment.
  • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs.
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, especially Microsoft Office 365.
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, as well as a broad network of contacts domestically and internationally.
