Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet objectives and broaden our client base through innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and connect with prospective clients, conduct meetings, and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our staffing solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate robust client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service, understanding their requirements to offer customized solutions.
  • Industry Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay informed on trends and advancements.
  • Collaborative Success: Partner closely with account management and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless process for placing educators in client institutions.
  • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
  • CRM Oversight: Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and current client information and sales activity tracking.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to create and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns utilizing email marketing and social media.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, fostering a culture of integrity within the team.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and train a dedicated team of sales representatives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information to team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Sales Acumen: Profound understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices, complemented by strong analytical skills.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 50% travel is necessary to engage with clients and present solutions.
