As our Sales Development Executive, you will spearhead our strategic sales initiatives in a newly created position aimed at bolstering our growth. You will play a dual role as both a sales leader and a team manager, directly influencing our sales performance while cultivating and guiding the sales team as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet objectives and broaden our client portfolio through innovative lead generation techniques.
  • Client Interaction: Identify and engage prospective clients, conduct meetings, and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our staffing solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Foster robust client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and remain informed about trends and advancements.
  • Collaborative Success: Partner closely with account management and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth process for placing educators in client institutions.
  • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • CRM Oversight: Manage the CRM system to guarantee accurate and current client information and sales activity tracking.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to devise and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns, utilizing email marketing and social media.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, promoting a culture of integrity within the team.
  • Leadership: Build, mentor, and train a dedicated team of sales representatives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the staffing or education sectors.
  • A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • A basic understanding of financial principles related to sales forecasting and budgeting.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel may be necessary to engage with clients and present solutions.
