Position Summary:

This role demands a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist in managing the daily operations of a bustling restaurant. The fast-paced nature of this environment requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. As the assistant manager, you will oversee various operational aspects, including inventory management, customer service excellence, and staff supervision.

  • Salary Range: $52,000 - $57,000, adjusted based on experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in training and supervising all team members.
  • Model exemplary service standards and enhance menu knowledge among staff.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction while managing operational reports related to revenue and staffing.
  • Comprehend and enforce all operational policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee a welcoming atmosphere with responsive and courteous service.
  • Supervise kitchen operations and maintain effective communication with service staff.
  • Achieve company goals in sales, service quality, and cleanliness through employee training.
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage staffing levels according to business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry over 40 lbs.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred:

  • ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The anticipated salary range is $52,000 - $57,000, reflecting the expected compensation for this role. Individual salary decisions will consider various factors.
