Position Overview:

As an Outdoor Retail Specialist, you will assist guests in selecting the best gear and services for their outdoor adventures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and share product knowledge
- Equip guests with the latest outdoor equipment – training provided

- Perform additional tasks such as cashiering, rentals, or supporting other departments as needed

A Retail Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments, including:
- Resort Activities
- Retail Rental Operations

- Lift Operations
- Base Area Operations

The expected compensation for this role is competitive. Individual pay rates are determined based on various factors.
