Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $9.30 - $10.81 / hour + tips
    • If hired for a tipped position, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available.
  • Skill Level: Entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with guests and team members.
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to the guidelines provided by leadership during daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Gain knowledge of all menu items to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system to accurately enter orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift and at the end of the workday.
  • Ski/Snowboard after work (optional, depending on location).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your job safely.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the anticipated pay range for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
