Lead Our Team to Success

Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience, we lead the way in our industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve the same goals. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, and as you master the skills needed, you will move into the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base.
  • Research new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
