At Summit Business Group, we're on a mission to redefine the insurance sales experience. As a Direct Sales Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by cultivating meaningful relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within your designated territory.
  • Build and maintain a robust book of business through proactive relationship development and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with your sales team manager to establish and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Participate in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager to discuss sales performance and strategies.
  • Prospect new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for continued service, leveraging provided sales leads and engaging in targeted cold-calling efforts.
  • Submit daily sales metrics and activity reports to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in customer-facing or outside sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive training cycles, both in-person and online.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A genuine passion for assisting and empowering clients, with a sincere commitment to their well-being.
  • Health & Life general lines license, or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days (with support from Summit).
