Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. in Seattle, WA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our properties and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address maintenance issues promptly to prevent damage and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $25 - $27 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.
