Property Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance staff, including repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, performing routine to difficult electrical duties, and interfacing with contractors and vendors.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance, preferably with a background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. A valid driver's license is also required. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $27.61 and $38.66 per hour, commensurate with experience. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the efforts of maintenance staff
- Recommending new hires, discipline, and contributing to performance appraisals
- Performing routine to difficult electrical duties, including inspecting and testing lighting, wiring, and power circuits
- Interface with contractors and vendors to secure bids and negotiate for goods and services
