Job Overview

FPI Management, Inc. seeks a skilled Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $49,600 - $52,800 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs of apartment homes, common areas, and equipment
  • Perform highly diversified duties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and cleaning tasks
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform after-hours maintenance as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of unit turnovers and other projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management or facilities maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with facial hair policy
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
