Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at Krinos Foods LLC. As the largest importer, distributor, and manufacturer of Greek, Turkish, and Eastern European specialty foods in North America, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector. They should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in data entry with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and order data into company databases.
- Order Entry: Process orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Credits and Billing Issues: Address issues related to credits, including processing refunds or adjustments.
- Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- EDI Familiarity: Utilize the company's EDI system for various tasks, including order processing and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Proficiency in data entry, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding and familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
