Job Description: Complaint Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner. This includes conducting interviews, reviewing service requests, and communicating with stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions.
