About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Evolution. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless table uptime and minimizing downtime by proactively addressing technical issues, escalating problems to the appropriate teams, and providing timely notifications to Licensees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage table uptime and minimize downtime by identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure games results are processed correctly to maintain game integrity.
  • Oversee staff availability during shifts and ensure adequate personnel coverage.
  • Identify and resolve game irregularities due to dealer mistakes or software issues.
  • Investigate real-time incidents on the gaming floor and resolve any related issues.
  • Resolve player disputes related to dealer actions or other events affecting game integrity.
Requirements
  • A secondary (higher) education degree is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential.
  • Strong computer literacy is necessary for this role.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to follow procedures and complete tasks assigned by direct management.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
