Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager at American StaffCorp Job Board, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting sales quotations to customers, which includes thermal design, costing, and specification review and clarifications. You will communicate and research customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings. You will negotiate with customers to obtain orders while focusing on company profitability and ability to fabricate within quotation constraints. You will assign quotations and provide multipliers to the Sales Department. You will exhibit a detailed level understanding of Terms and Conditions and large project negotiations. You will document sales activity of assigned proposals within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. You will comply with requirements of Tender Review and Approval Process as required. You will attend design verification meetings, if required, to successfully transition order management to Projects. You will maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, government regulations, and shop capabilities. You will source and negotiate pricing and delivery from sub-suppliers during quotation stage. You will participate in sales forecasting and planning. You will develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers. You will maintain a working knowledge of company products and services. You will have regular attendance and be able to arrive at work punctually. You will be able to work on-site and have the ability to work cooperatively with others, deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. You will be able to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to interchange with others in the department. You will have a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field from a four-year college or university.
