Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Kelvion Products Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance and support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Lead talent assessment and development initiatives to identify and develop key talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development programs.
  • Conduct investigations and audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) highly preferred.
