Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team at DANIEL ISLAND GOLF CLUB LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the executive chef with menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will also ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard, using standardized recipes and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of division operations, as well as the Daniel Island Club cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. They will also be able to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems, and possess excellent time management skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
