Marketing Manager Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Turner Publishing Company. This position oversees various marketing and sales initiatives, including Amazon advertising, digital advertising, email marketing, and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage Amazon Ads agencies to optimize ad campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Enhance product pages on Amazon and company website to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with outside agents to create effective email marketing strategies and execute frontlist traditional marketing activities for new books.
  • Manage in-house employees to execute social media and content marketing initiatives.
  • Interface with outside sales force to evaluate sales promotions and opportunities at national and international levels.
  • Utilize AI (Google Gemini) to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience working with Amazon advertising platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with content creation and management.
  • Knowledge of book publishing industry trends and best practices.
