Sr. Director of Growth Marketing

About the Role:

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies to drive practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive practice growth, including SEM, digital campaigns, and other paid channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, including SEM, digital campaigns, and other paid channels.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and set targets for new lead volume and other relevant KPIs.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for key practice cohorts, including new partners and growth practices.
  • Collaborate with the CRM/marketing automation team to ensure leads are addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or retail.
  • 4+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading multifunctional marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong SEO skills and experience managing large PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools.
