Position OverviewJob Title: Financial Operations Coordinator – USC onlyLocation: 100% RemoteRole Summary:
This role encompasses a variety of financial and accounting responsibilities, which may include, but are not limited to:
  • Recording, verifying, and reconciling entries to the general ledger and associated accounts.
  • Reviewing, organizing, and processing claims, invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Managing and executing accounts payable functions.
  • Updating and balancing general or subsidiary ledgers, as well as processing payments.
  • Handling cash application tasks and overseeing cash collection efforts.
  • Collaborating with various departments and external entities to resolve discrepancies and issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
