Responsabilidades:

  • Encargarse de todos los aspectos de las prácticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos de la firma, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, la gestión de relaciones laborales, la administración del rendimiento, la incorporación de nuevos empleados, la interpretación e implementación de políticas, y el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales.
  • Interactuar con consultores de beneficios.
  • Proveer supervisión diaria y programación del personal de oficina, así como delegar efectivamente roles y responsabilidades.
  • Mantener archivos y datos personales confidenciales.
  • Gestionar calendarios de los empleados.
  • Asegurar la eficiencia de la oficina supervisando suministros, equipos y la gestión general de la oficina.
  • Realizar entradas de datos precisas y mantener registros actualizados de los empleados.
  • Tener experiencia comprobada en gestión de oficinas o roles administrativos relacionados.

  • Encargarse de funciones relacionadas con el procesamiento de nómina, incluyendo la entrada oportuna de nuevos empleados, tasas de pago, cambios de estado de pago e información de terminación, así como la presentación de horas, beneficios, deducciones fiscales, ajustes, etc., asegurando precisión y puntualidad.

  • Gestionar ciertos aspectos de la contabilidad y la información bancaria de la firma.
  • Mantener ciertos aspectos del sistema contable y asistir con las entradas contables.
  • Ayudar en cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar cuando sea necesario.

Calificaciones:

Educación: Se requiere diploma de secundaria; la educación continua posterior a la secundaria es útil pero no necesaria.

Experiencia: Contabilidad (más de 5 años) y gestión de oficinas (más de 3 años).

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad escrita y verbal de la información de la empresa en todo momento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y de personas, así como una notable capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia y competencia en software contable. Actualmente se utiliza el software contable TABS3.
  • Dominio del Paquete de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Dedicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Habilidades para resolver problemas y adaptabilidad a diversas tareas.
